For the launch campaign of Livo App on Instagram, I created a fun and relatable communication strategy tailored to nurses and doctors. Addressing their daily struggles—like chaotic shifts, lack of autonomy, and low transparency in payments—I designed a humorous "medical record" highlighting these pain points. These records were strategically placed in hospital and clinic parking lots, each with a unique QR code to track engagement. The campaign was amplified with a social media video showcasing the process and real reactions, reinforcing Livo App’s mission to bring more flexibility and control to healthcare professionals.
